Toledo, OH – The Toledo Police Department, along with Chief Troendle and Sgt. Joseph Okos, was recently presented with a proclamation from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office recognizing the department’s Military/Veteran Liaison Program.
Officials said the recognition highlights the department’s commitment to supporting military veterans by helping connect them with resources, specialized assistance, and ongoing community support services.
The program is designed to strengthen outreach efforts and ensure that veterans within the community have access to guidance and services tailored to their needs.
