TOLEDO, Ohio — A 41-year-old woman was killed Sunday night after being struck by a vehicle while crossing Laskey Road outside of a designated crosswalk.
According to Toledo Police, the woman was walking northbound on Laskey Road when she was hit by a westbound vehicle driven by a 52-year-old Toledo woman at approximately 9 p.m. The victim, identified as Kincaid, was immediately rushed to a local hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
