FREMONT, Ohio – Authorities in Fremont are turning to the public for assistance in locating a man wanted in connection to a recent shooting.
Omni Tajour Turner, 28, is currently wanted on a charge of felonious assault following a shooting that occurred on the sidewalk at 503 West State Street. The incident is still under investigation, and local police are actively working to track down the suspect.
According to the Fremont Police Department, Turner is believed to be in the Sandusky or Port Clinton areas, and authorities are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward. In an effort to gather leads, the department is offering a cash reward beginning at $500 for information that leads to his arrest.
