TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo woman has been arrested in connection with an intentional fire set in December. Nicole Goben, 48, was taken into custody on February 4, 2025, after being charged with fourth-degree felony arson. According to court documents, Goben allegedly started the fire on December 19, 2024, at an undisclosed location, despite having received numerous warnings not to do so.
The arrest comes after an investigation into the incident, but further details about the location and circumstances surrounding the fire have not been released to the public. Goben was released on a supervised own recognizance bond and is scheduled to appear in court on February 21, 2025.
