FINDLAY, Ohio — Three individuals were arrested Thursday after authorities executed a narcotics search warrant at a residence on Lester Avenue in Findlay.
According to a press release from the Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force, the operation was carried out with the assistance of the Findlay Police Department Emergency Response Team. During the search, authorities discovered substances believed to be methamphetamine and crack cocaine, along with various drug paraphernalia. Investigators also found items indicating possible drug trafficking activities.
The individuals arrested were identified as Brianne Settlemire, 37, Jeremiah Meeks, 44, and Shela Long, 35. Settlemire faces charges of permitting drug abuse, while Meeks has been charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of crack cocaine. Long has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges, including drug trafficking and possession of drugs, are expected to be filed once the investigation is completed. Authorities have not disclosed further details at this time.
