Omaha Mask Mandate Extension Likely

August 18, 2020November 15, 2020

Despite pockets of disapproval, some anti-maskers have brought their complaints right to the doorstep of Omaha City Hall, a move is underway to extend the city’s mask mandate.

In the works for the last few weeks the mandate is due to expire September 15 and some city councilmen want to push that date to October 20th.

Some members of the city council somewhat reluctantly have gone along with the mandate.
