Lane Restrictions and Closures Planned at Laskey and Secor Roads in Toledo

TOLEDO, Ohio — The City of Toledo has announced upcoming lane restrictions and closures at the busy intersection of Laskey Road and Secor Road as part of a water line phase in a larger roadway reconstruction project.

On Thursday, June 5, drivers can expect the left turn lane to be restricted, with southbound Secor Road just south of Laskey Road closed to through traffic. The closure will impact traffic flow and may cause delays for commuters traveling through the area.

The restrictions will continue on Friday, June 6, when Secor Road’s south leg of the intersection will be fully closed in addition to existing lane restrictions.

To accommodate the closures, a detour route will be established, directing drivers to use Sylvania Avenue, Douglas Road, and Laskey Road as an alternate path.

Officials advise motorists to plan accordingly, allow extra travel time, and use the designated detour to avoid delays.

The City of Toledo encourages residents and commuters to stay informed on traffic updates throughout the duration of the project.
