State Fire Marshal agency identified Omaha man killed in house fire

The man that died in a house fire south of Omaha on Nov. 14 has been identified.

The State Fire Marshal Agency said Brian Glowen, 40, of Omaha, was identified, following an autopsy.

Officials said the death was determined to be caused by smoke inhalation related to the fire.

Officials determined the cause of the fire was accidental, resulting from smoking materials.
